  I was at the Zara store on 16 feb 2018 .. poor poor customer service.. I almost spend 150$ in a store there were 2 or 3 girls working all of them was very rude I ask them to check the price and on a 1 item check the availability on other store and they refuse .. on the cash register I hv around 6 items and the girls was so rude she put all my items on a smal dam bag was about to explode I ask she a bigger bad and she look at me like I ask her a i billion $ looks like all 3 girls was on the monthly period... never gona go back to that store .. I love Zara my 96% of clothes is frm Zara .. but I will never gona go back to CARREFOUR LAVAL store

  By far the most disappointing zara in the quebec !!! Bad manager team .... rude employees and the mess never seen a store that dirty not even on boxing day .....

  The store is a total mess at all times, never enough staff and registers to accommodate the number of clients, employees are rarely friendly, which is certainly caused by the fact that they are working in that environment and overworked. Terrible company disrespecting clients and employees alike.

  5 girls on the floor folding clothes and one girl at the cash. Line up and wait time is ridiculous....

  The people are friendly and cordial.The always Smile at customers and are always willing to assist
