  This is a good place year round and esp in winter, when holiday seasons start... With Bell center in neighborhood,this area will soon get lots of traction and new restaurant shall open. Close to montmorency...

  Well-located mall with the series of useful shops. Though not all of them are accessible via the inside. So on a cold day it's a little chilly.

  Well maintained parking lot easy to find Space always cleared of snow.

  It's very close to the highway 15 and Highway 40 which makes it very convenient.

  If you are in Laval just go to carefour Laval, way better, much more variety.
