    I had purchased a few items on the online Pandora store on Cyber Monday as a Christmas gift. I gave the gift on Christmas day, and the person having great eye sight immediately noticed that on one of the charms a stud was missing, there is simply the glue. As I am aware that exchanges and returns cannot be made on Boxing day, I found the time in my day to go last night to the Pandora Store at Carrefour Laval. I was very turned off with my experience, for starters I waited at the cash 20 minutes to be told we had to tell someone we were waiting and be given a number, the store very disorganized as it was I was completely unaware. No one was at the door taking people’s names! It was a complete mess. A young lady said not to worry for the inconvenience she would have her supervisor take care of me, he was extremely arrogant and rude. I explained to him how I purchased this item online as a gift and one stud is missing, he didn`t even bother looking he said ``ha you bought it online, it was your choice not to come in stores now good luck calling them they won`t answer you, products purchased online always come damaged. Next time buy in stores``. Being 2017 close to 2018, a lot of things have changed in the world we live in, why would someone buy in stores when you’re getting the equivalent product while being in the comfort of your own home. I bought other charms as well and this is not the first time I always buy online, however this is the first time a stud is missing. I understand that sometimes products come damaged and I simply wanted to avoid the hassle of having to get a product sent to me and having to send this one back when I could exchange it in stores and avoid all the extra shipping costs on my part as well as yours. In the end it is the online store that sends to the stores? What does he think the charms fly in from the North Pole that his store is oh so special? Hence why I didn`t understand this man`s rude attitude towards me. Working with the public myself, I am aware that no matter what may it be, having a busy/long day or just tired you have to be kind and pleasant towards your customers, treating them with respect to make them feel welcome, this man was not one bit polite! P.S. I`d give 0 stars if that were an option!

    Worst experience ever bad customer service short staff waiting time is 15 to 45mins to get what you want do not recomend.

    Called to find out information about a ring. They said they were too busy and hung up. I understand that the store is busy but I'm a customer too and I deserve to be served.

    Passed by with my boyfriend today, and the store was pretty empty. There was only us and one other customer being served. There were a few other workers, but no one even bothered greeting us, they just made eye contact and then ignored us. Keep in mind, it was not busy at all. We were looking on buying a gift there, but with that kind of attitude and no one wanting to offer us service, we ended up going to another Pandora location.

    Bought a bracelet pink leather and the top turned completely black. Server basically told me it was my fault and maybe something happened I the box. Went to manager and since it wasn't a " manufacturing mistake " they can't take it back. So my experience was horrible!
