  They sell home delivery and then "deliver" large items to the front of your house NOT INSIDE. They expect customers to carry heavy 100lb+ items up the stairs on your own and call it "Home delivery".

  The service at this location is incredible, we don't go anywhere else. We come to this location for Carmine; he is outstanding! We got our fridge, stove fan and hot water tank from him and we couldn't be happier. Great job Carmine!

  Excellent customer service overall and by far one of the best in the greater Montreal area. Employee name "Pierre" from the building supplies department is truly an example for what customer service should be when someone has a query. I have dealt with him on numerous occasions and he always go the extra mile to assist the customers...cheers!
