  The staff know their products well. An employee was really quick to assist me and thanks to his recommendation i saved roughly 350 $ on my purchase than what I expected. I went there twice for important purchases and had a happy visit both times. Products are good and still functional.

  Went to the Laval store. They were selling a monitor for $1899.99. Newegg.ca had the exact same product, in stock, and free shipping, for $1599.99. I ask for a price match, they refuse without telling me a reason. I go home, and call their main office. I ask why do you have a price match policy if you're not going to respect it. They say that Newegg's price is lower than their cost price. I understand that it sucks to sell a product lower than your cost price but I also understand that you must respect your OWN policies.

  I've been coming here for 20 years, in two cities, albeit with a 15 year gap in the middle. They have always been a great place to buy computer parts and they remain so. Give best buy a pass and go to a place where the staff actually know something and they have lots of selection and options.

  Been there 3 times and the service is always A1. Guys knows their stuff, very friendly and professional. They're not trying to sell you stuff but will tell you what is best for you. I highly recommend this store for your computer needs.

  Store has ok pricing and stocks allot of hardware you would typically need. Staff is very hit and miss, a mix of feeling that they really aren't all about customer service and trying to sell you something inexpensive first without finding out your needs in more detail and recommending the appropriate solution or brand. Go if you know what you are looking for ahead of time.
