  Great service received by the staff and the Manager , i made several visits to other cellphone retailers and did not receive the service i was expected for , but at Best Buy Mobile , they took care of me from A to Z with professionalism and with a big smile!!

  She was smiling, professional and explained me in details. She told me the truth of what I will be getting if I was to go with the current offer. Then she presented me with a better offer with a different company for the same plans but less expensive.

  I received OK service from the new employee. He misinformed me (the phone wasnt free and no gift carf on top of it unfortunately - anyone would have loved that deal) I forgive him as he is new. Honest mistake, and I am a reasonable customer.

  Service simply stinks at that Bestbuy store can't say it any other way. Idiots run this store and specifically the Appliances section. Today, i went to purchase an LG fridge but after waiting 35 mins somebody to show how the frdige works the lousy employee came and told me he can not start it because the appliance is in demo mode and can not see it how it works, and then added to go and purchase from another store. It seems this store does not need customers.
