    Best Buy Laval staff do seem overworked and understaffed. No fault of their own people. I would imagine complaints would improve if superiors acknowledge this issue.

    I agree that the service on the mobile sector at this Best Buy is the WORST ever. They lack knowledge and mobile manager is a complete ass. Its funny to see when people have bad experiences that have thier own people boosting thier reviews up. I have actually seen this in store. When glancing at TVs and browsing. Its pretty pathetic if you ask me. Stay away from this Best Buy go to the one at West Island. They speak proper English and they know how to talk to customers. My issue was resolved in West Island Best Buy.

    When I sat with him and asked to renew my phone plan, they guy leans back with hands in pockets, not even looking in my eyes while I am talking to him. And he is like no I can't help you, I am like the other best buy helped but didn't have the phone I want. I always do my plans through you guys. And he is like no.. not even looking at me.

    Shopping for a new set of kitchen appliances.....The first thing I needed was to understand what each model offered in reality ....in practical terms.....the small details that are not described in a manual....or on a model description.....I stopped in Laval by chance.....Mrs. Stephanie Plante was amazing.....despite the fact that I said to her that we are not buying today and that we are here by lack because we had 30 minutes to make a first visit.......within 25 minutes she helped us understand the things to look for....in 3 different types of appliances...she made us feel welcomed....and worked hard for us to answer questions....that is why we came back to the store......On our 2nd visit....(sorry Stephanie I tried to ensure you were there but so busy we decided spontaneously to come)... Mr. Claudiu continued on our great experience......answered even more questions and was patient in our selection process between models of different pricing levels.......we concluded our purchase with a great smile and confidence that we made the right selection for our needs. Keep both names and ask for them....you will be glad to meet them and be helped by them. In a chaotic world.....Great people make the difference.

    First thing the temperature inside the store was like 2 degrees, it was cold outside (-20). But common... And when I mentioned that to the rep at the mobile kiosk, he is like what do you want us to do, close our door to customers. I wanted to say no id*$t, something is wrong with your door or fans at the door to push cold air out.
