    Great, affordable fun. Not a professional bowler by any means, but this place is clean and very welcoming to amateurs like me. We went as a group that included young kids. Bumpers were up on one lane for the young ones...while the adults were on another lane. Very accommodating.

    Went bowling with my amigos and everything was chill. But wait! All of a sudden, our lane was jammed. No problem.. right? "This probably happens all the time", I thought. The girl at the front desk could probably fix it. Fast forward 30 seconds and I'm at the front desk. I tell the girl lane 20 is jammed, she says she'll get to it. "Alright, thanks!" I tell her. 20 min since our lane was jammed, she did nothing (mind you we had two lanes cause we were multiple amigos so we watched the other lane). At this point our game is almost over. Fast forward another 30 seconds and I'm at the front desk again telling the girl she didn't turn our lane on, and if there was maybe a way she could refund us or give us a free game or something. She proceeds to tell me she can't do neither and doesn't know how to clear a lane....okay???? I tell her she should've told me this instead of telling me she'd fix the freaking lane instead of making me AND my amigos wait for 20 min. She then proceeds to yell at me telling me she was busy. Now I understand that maybe she could've been busy but she could've owned her mistake and seen if she could do something about it. The second I ask where the manager is she tells me she can give me 15 minutes extra on a different lane (why didn't she just do that in the first place though???). She tells me he's not there and then I ask for her name and she says she's not allowed to give me her name. Left ASAP after that. Worst customer service, she was rude to me and my friend, and as we were discussing with her she started talking to another bowler about something else in the middle of our conversation. Rude and unprofessional customer service.

    Called before hand to see if there were any leagues or groups to avoid long waits and was told no. Showed up to two very large groups paying and getting settled. We waited in line for 40 minutes and once I finally got the counter she let some guys just walk up and pass in front of us. I said "are you serious? We waited 40 minutes and you're letting people cut?" And she replied very aggressively "so what? You don't see I'm alone?" Then she turned back to finish the people she had let in front. When she came back to me after I got "What do you want?" as her way of asking how many games. Seriously unimpressed. Extemely disorganized. If you are going to have one cash and one employee on duty, make it a polite one who can handle the stress of it without making it the costumers fault.

    Girl at the front desk was super rude and obnoxious about fixing an issue we had with our lane.. even started yelling at us when we approached her again because the problem was not fixed as promised by her.. we got a lane for an hour, ended up playing for around half an hour because the problem was never fixed.. ruined the whole night for us... not a good way to run a business, when the first person to greet you as you walk in has an attitude like that.. next time, taking my business to another bowling alley

    Cool bowling alley, they have a dj and lighting effects that makes the experience fun
